So, where in the hell has green chile been on a Sonoran Hot Dog? It's at Rollie's West this whole time! And it's awesome. I didn't even know it was missing until today. Stopped by for a quick lunch. Had the very proper dog and a couple Queso Birria tacos. ZERO complaints. Great people and awesome food. This will be a future stop for sure. Sorry, ate my food before I thought to take a pic.

Rolie’s West is an absolute gem, Tucson hit the jackpot with not one, but two Rollie’s locations! The food is phenomenal, the service is flawless, and the atmosphere takes it all to the next level. Truly a standout spot for incredible Mexican cuisine!

Great little food trailer by Transit Cycles downtown. I went with the new loaded chilaquiles while my buddy tried a Sonoran Hot Dog for the first time. Service was fast and friendly and we quickly grabbed a free table in the shade and chowed down - delicious - a great first stop rolling into town for El Tour de Tucson!
